2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Foilscoot website by non-professional customers acting as consumers.

By placing an order on this website, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Products

Products offered for sale are those displayed on the website, subject to availability.

Product photos, videos and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. Minor differences may exist between visuals and delivered products.

BF Innovations reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Products remain the property of BF Innovations until full payment has been received.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros (€).

For France and European Union deliveries: prices include applicable taxes (VAT included).
For deliveries outside the European Union: prices may be displayed excluding taxes.

Shipping costs are calculated before final order confirmation.

Customers outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

BF Innovations reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rates applicable at the time of order confirmation.

5. Orders

Orders become final once payment has been successfully completed.

Customers receive an order confirmation email after validation of the purchase.

BF Innovations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues or existing disputes with the customer.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Shipping

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

France: generally 3 to 5 business days
Europe: generally 3 to 8 business days

Customers are responsible for checking the condition of the package upon delivery.

Any issue related to delivery or product condition must be reported within 48 hours to: info@foilscoot.com

BF Innovations shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, including customs delays, strikes, transport disruptions or force majeure events.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned products must be:

Unused and in new condition
Returned in their original packaging
Returned with all accessories and documentation
Free from damage, scratches or signs of aquatic use

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.

9. Legal Warranty

Products benefit from applicable legal warranties under French consumer law, including warranty against defects and conformity guarantees.

These warranties apply only to products used under normal and recommended conditions.

BF Innovations reserves the right to request a technical inspection to determine whether damage results from a manufacturing defect or improper use.

10. Product Use and Safety

Foilscoot products are designed for aquatic sports activities involving inherent risks.

Users are solely responsible for using the products safely and in accordance with provided instructions.

The use of appropriate protective equipment is strongly recommended, including:

Helmet
Buoyancy vest
Suitable wetsuit
Water shoes

The Foilscoot handlebar is designed solely as a stability aid. Excessive pulling, misuse, jumping or improper use may damage the product and void warranties.

11. Minors

Foilscoot products are intended for users aged 9 years and older.

Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult during use.

12. Limitation of Liability

BF Innovations shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of products or the website, including loss of business, profits or data.

Users acknowledge that aquatic sports activities involve inherent risks and accept full responsibility for their participation.
